- Job Description
- To assist with sales and order processing of eBikes at our flagship store at 547 Geylang Road
- Provide customer service support via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers, coordinate with customers for ownership transfer and arrange deliveries.
- Candidate needs to be outspoken, have good interpersonal skills, have great patience , and be customer-oriented.
- Arrange and dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.
