Ji-Move is an electric bicycle manufacturer, and is currently one of the largest ebike suppliers in Singapore. Our flagship store is located at 547 Geylang Road Singapore 389502. Currently, the company is expanding its team due to increasing demand for ebikes which provide convenient last-mile transportation for the end users, and also reduce carbon footprint of our entire society.
- To assist with sales and order processing of eBikes at our flagship store at 547 Geylang Road
- Provide customer service support via social media / phone calls by answering questions/queries from customers, coordinate with customers for ownership transfer and arrange deliveries.
- Candidate needs to be outspoken, have good interpersonal skills, have great patience , and be customer-oriented.
- Arrange and dispatch spare parts to customers as needed.
