Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires the ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, experience with team management, handling of computer systems and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

The primary focus of the position is the growth of the school’s enrollment by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing sales and registration staff.

The role also requires BOTH management and operational roles with oversight of the day-to-day customer interactions with the school, sales personnel and vendors. This role also includes direct execution of inbound marketing campaigns, marketing communications in print, online and social channels, and in-school/off-site promotional activities.

It is ideally suited for a more experienced executive or assistant manager that is capable of being hands-on while still working within a larger team and taking on more responsibility. You will get plenty of experience with new technologies, interesting marketing challenges and management and teamwork experience working both small and large organization structures.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and Lead the digital and physical marketing initiative to reach out to potential JDMIS customers
  • Work with a small team which includes communications, inside sales, local and international sales
  • Formulate and execute Marketing Plan to achieve JDMIS revenue targets
  • Innovate using modern tools such as marketing automation software
  • Develop and Manage Brand Awareness, Marketing Campaigns, Lead Generations.
    Provide input and analysis of Conversion and Sales Process
  • Manage the company’s online presence including school website, facebook page, twitter account, Instagram, pinterest, youtube channel and blog, SERP rankings and SEM.
  • Review and Recommend improvements to printed collaterals including course guides, handouts, and course materials
  • Manage external marketing resources including technical service providers, digital marketing agencies, designers, PR agencies, etc...
  • Plan and arrange logistics and activities related to special events for the school and students, including public seminars, short courses, preview sessions, open houses, internal and external talks and presentations, and exhibitions.
