Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd – Finance Intern

Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singapore’s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the candidate will be exposed to areas of financial and management accounting including capitalization of the $1.7 billion project costs, preparation of management reports, as well as assisting in internal audits.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Your duties include the following financial and management accounting functions:

• Asset Capitalization for the Jewel Changi Airport project costs.

• Assist the Finance team in preparation of schedules.

• Help with internal audits on an adhoc basis.

• Prepare and administer payment/loan documentations.

Skills/Knowledge Required

1. Candidate should be pursuing an education in Accountancy.

2. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, particularly basic functions of MS Excel.

3. Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.

4. A good team player.

5. A proactive contributor who takes initiative.
