Job Description
Lounge Ambassador ( Full Time )
Job scope :
- Providing customer service to passengers
- Coordinating on the turnover of F&B matters
- Assisting passengers at the lounge on their queries if any*
- To escort and serve passengers F&B in the lounge
- Ensuring that the inventory, facilities and cleanliness at the workplace are in order
- Assisting on any paper work
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements :
- Basic knowledge on Food & Beverages
- Able to handle non halal food & alcoholic beverages
- Positive work attitude & team player
- Well groomed with good discipline
- Passion in customer service & interpersonal skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
