Overview 

The Genesis Program is an internship program that aims to take you through stages of Discovery and Development of your most innate talents, transforming it into assets for the BEGINNING of your career.

You will be put through a series of immensely fun and challenging experience. Also, you will get a taste of what a full-time role in your area of interest would be like and hone your skills through structured performance evaluations, training, development and social opportunities offered throughout the program.

Top interns will be given the opportunity to participate in a 3D2N Management Trainee Associate Program that is held at an overseas venue.

Whether your interests lie in business development, financial planning, strategic planning, risk management or any financial-related areas, an internship with us prepares you for success in an adrenaline-driving financial environment. It could also serve as your introduction to a thriving and lasting career.

Our Internship program offers you fun, travelling opportunities and valuable work experience for a period of 4 – 12 weeks.

• You will get to understand more about yourself through a series of tests, after which training will be provided for you to enhance your strengths and improve your weakness.
