Job description
- Finance:
- 1) Processing purchase orders to vendors
- 2) Preparation of sales quotations and invoices to customers
- 3) Processing of receipts via cash, cheque, bank transfer, AXS and Stripe
- 4) Following up on unpaid invoices past due date
- 5) Assisting in finance improvement projects
- 6) Handling customer general enquiries
- Admin:
- 7) Ordering of office pantry supplies
- 8) Filing of documents
- 9) Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- The candidate must possess at least O Level and basic accounting knowledge
- Willing to learn
- Must be meticulous, process good time management, planning and organisation skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Singaporean/SPR preferred
