Jackpot Interactive – Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Department. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create a constant and immediate impact while being intellectually challenged. We are looking for a collaborative and innovative Product Manager to help us improve our existing games and build new ones. Our ideal candidate would also have the technical background and experience bringing games from the ideation phase to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze data, develop insights, make decisions, and define actions to take.
• Make impact-driven decisions from insights across our games to improve our current games and develop new ones.
• Set the strategic direction for the games, develop and execute on the product roadmap.
• Managing the entire game development cycle, from creative concepts to publish.
• Work collaboratively with your team members as well as cross-functional teams.
• Brainstorm, lead, and guide your fellow team members.
• Identify player needs and spot opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention, grow the user base, and engage our players.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Must be a self-starter, a team player, and driven.
• Exceptional attention to detail. Often the tiniest factors have the biggest impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University Degree
• Experience of live operation of a successful mobile game
• 4+ years of experience in games, either as areas of Product Management or Data Analyst
