Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage Quarterly Mech Negotiation Process. Main duty including managing negotiation files using excel. Follow up on the process.

- Manage HIP projects, including running Request for Quotation (RFQ), following up with suppliers for responses, assessing quotations and running cost reduction analysis.

- Supporting Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Quarterly Negotiation on lower spend suppliers to get maximum cost reduction.

- Improve sourcing options and maximize cost efficiency by working with Jabil’s internal resources and production facilities, as well as the customer’s engineering and procurement staff, to incorporate Jabil qualified and/or strategic suppliers on the customer’s Approved Manufacturer’s List (AML)

- Communicate Jabil expectations to the suppliers. Support supplier audit / visits, certifications, and performance reviews to develop and continuously improve supply base.

Education & Experience Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Materials Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.

- PC skills, with emphasis on excel spreadsheets.
