Job Description

Do you have a desire to better understand consumer behaviour? Are you someone with an innovative and logical mind who can think laterally? Are you able to dive deep into a variety of information and uncover insights that lead to a better view of the customer and what makes them tick? Are you excited at the prospect of creating digital engagement strategies that address consumers’ needs and lead clients to success? Are you eager to work on multiple client projects at a large global digital agency? If so, we have the right opportunity for you.

What you’ll do

  • Work with a cross-functional and cross-regional team that includes client leads, marketing strategists, data scientists, business analysts, creative talent, planners, and researchers
  • Analyse data and present research from various sources to provide meaningful insights that help solve business challenges
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business, their competition, and marketplace dynamics
  •  Craft customer engagement strategies that inspire creative teams
  •  Attend internal and external meetings including client, team, brainstorming and research study
  •  Support the extended customer experience team, and look for additional opportunities that add client value

What you’ll need

  • A proactive, eager-to-learn personality with a can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative consumer research, tools and methodologies
  • Excellent organization and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Accuracy and attention to details, coupled with a strong design aesthetic
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and including stellar skills creating PowerPoint presentations
