Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kickstarting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches recruiting and employee engagement while supporting business growth through HR daily activities, we’d like to meet you.

 

Job Description

  • Participating in talent acquisition process (recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding): Posting job ads, organising resumes, job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Provide HR administrative support such as leave administration, maintenance of employee personnel records, preparation of letters, contracts, or other documents
  • Support in office management, such as implementing safe management measures and office relocation
  • Be part of the planning team for the company’s long-term engagement activities
  • Participation in MOM surveys and HR Reporting
  • Processing of government related claims
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months commitment
  • Currently pursuing Diploma, or Degree in related field
  • Possess strong passion in HR operations
  • Comfortable in working with colleagues across other regions
  • Self-driven, motivated, independent and detailed oriented
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Able to start within short notice will have an added advantage

Note that this is a role with Hybrid Work Model. Depending on COVID-19 situation, WEF Jan 2022, we will WFH 9 days in a month.
