Who We're Looking For

You are interested in gaining exposure to a wide variety of marketing functions at a fast-paced, rapidly growing Singapore-based premium education company. Your key role is to support content creation for our online and offline marketing channels, including blogs, social media, website, advertising, printed brochures and more. You will research and understand the markets we serve in order to convey compelling stories via those channels. You are familiar with digital technologies, content distribution, social media, and current web trends. You will also assist with consumer research, data entry, and general organization and logistics.

At the heart of it all, you love speaking to young students about your educational philosophy, and you are now passionate about shaping young minds and inspiring world-changers. You are a confident communicator, naturally curious about global affairs, and current events, and enthusiastic about passing these same characteristics on to the next generation. In a nutshell, you love education and you believe that a well-crafted, world-class curriculum goes a long way in shaping the lives of young students.

Responsibilities and Expectations

● Manage content marketing for website, blogs, newsletters, printed collateral, social media, and more

● Develop new content ideas to educate potential customers about our brand

● Proofread and edit marketing copy (printed and digital)

● Ensure consistency of our brand

● Update and maintain marketing materials inventory

● Complete research projects to support various key initiatives 

● Assist with management of our affiliates 

● Prepare logistical arrangements for clients and partners 

● Compile data for departmental reports 

● Create and maintain systems of organization for department functions

Qualification

●  Degree from a reputable local or overseas university

●  Coursework in any field, including but not limited to English, History, Political Science, Philosophy, Geography, Sociology, Law, Communication, Education

●  History of experience that highlights superb written and verbal language skills

●  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well independently and in a team environment

●  Strong grades for English and/or other writing-intensive subjects at O-Level, A-Level, International Baccalaureate or equivalent exams/certifications at the high school level

●  Proven proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), website design (WordPress, HTML), and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) a strong plus

●  Highly organized with extreme attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding deadlines

●  Prior experience in, knowledge of, and/or genuine interest in education a plus
