• Familiarise yourself with the company's SOP. 
• Inspect the workflow, quality of service and food across all outlets. 
• Ensure all outlets follows and meet the SOP standards. 
• Added exposure in interacting with all departments' personnel. 
• Assist to perform audits 

Job Requirements: 

• Possess strong oral and communication skills in both English and Chinese (due to our employees' demographics)
• Able to work under minimal supervision. 
• Highly motivated individual.
