The Accountant is a dedicated, versatile, technically skilled business professional who is a finance team member and supports executive, operational, revenue, n cycle teams. You must be highly trustworthy and respect the boundaries of confidentiality. This position impacts data analytics and process improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities may include:

• Complete the month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements and reports for the Board and Management
• Working with the Human Resource department to assist in the Payroll payment process.
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions.
• Reconciles payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.
• Data analytics, including monthly and quarterly reporting and ad hoc analytic needs. 
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis. 
• Sales/ use tax filling including review of sales report and payables transactions to determine sales and use tax due, along with filing returns with the treasury. 

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9 am - 7 pm
