Function within the IRONMAN Asia – Singapore event delivery team
· Manage online entry systems and report weekly activity
· Manage the athlete database
· Respond in a timely and professional manner to all athlete email and phone enquiries
· Manage event logistics relevant to the department
· Manage delivery for corporate purchases
· Implement the athlete communications plan
· Be prepared to work on some weekends and especially on 3 Dec 2017
· Support in other tasks as required
