About the role
Iris Singapore are recruiting a Planning Intern to join the strategy team. The role will suit someone who is studying/ just studied a relevant subject who is interested in brands, culture, human behaviour and digital technology. We’re not expecting you to know everything, but we are expecting you to have the hunger to learn everything… quickly.
The role will be to support the Planning team, helping out wherever we need some support. It might mean you’ll end up working on a competitor analysis, or conducting some research with people on the street and sharing your findings with the team to unlock fresh creative approaches. We’ll train you up on relevant tools, and give you some freedom and responsibility to shine if you give us your energy, your brain and your hunger to learn. You’ll be informing and inspiring work for current clients, but also helping make the agency smarter as a whole by sharing the most exciting trends, work and points of view from the rest of the industry.
Initially the opportunity is for September 2016, but potentially this can be extended if us and you are all seeing the benefits.

Has a genuine interest in people and a passion and respect for their views and feelings
Has good written and verbal communications skills – you’ll be presenting and arguing a case often
