Job Description

The Opportunity


Being an intern with iPreciation will provide the individual with the opportunity to learn how art exhibitions may be conceptualised and planned from scratch. Your jobscope will include various behind-the-scenes duties, such as the organization of exhibitions through artwork installation (manual hanging of works for exhibition), administrative paper work, co-ordination and maintenance of gallery inventory and equipment, execution of gallery programmes, creation and dissemination of content on various social media platforms, as well as research and archival work. You will be expected to provide assistance to the gallery team in any of these aspects, whenever required. 


The Requirements


We are looking for interns with a go-getter spirit - one who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. He/she should be bilingual in English and Mandarin, with good written and oral communication abilities in both languages. He/she should also possess efficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and basic photography skills would be an added advantage.


Internship Period: 

Immediate - 3 or 6 Months duration (We are open to discussion)


Working hours: 

Monday to Friday - 10am to 7pm

Saturday -  (Morning Shift) 11am to 3pm or (Afternoon Shift) 2pm to 6pm

*Prior to, and/on exhibition opening nights, exhibition installation and reception duties in the evening will be required, hence candidate must be prepared to stay back with the team after office hours.
