Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the attraction and selection of the candidates
• Explanation of expectations and job scope for the roles available in the team
• Onboarding of new team members and welcoming them
• Outreach to external parties to share about our available programs
• Attend and pass upgrading courses to help grow and develop the team
• Assist the Director and Assistant Director in projects and administrative matters
• Not required to do financial advisory sales but CMFAS papers are a plus

Requirements

• Candidates should be a Diploma holder and above
• Experience in telemarketing, roadshows, events and the financial advisory industry is preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment is not necessary
• Young and energetic individuals who bring positive vibes to the team!
• Willing to learn as training will be provided
• Individuals who value a healthy working environment, do not create politics

Remuneration

• $1800 - $2200/month basic salary + incentives
• Upgrading course and exam papers are sponsored
• Career progression will be discussed during the interview as we believe that all career development should be unique to the individual
