Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive large-scale, multi-customer deliveries of our AI system. This role is responsible for building and running a robust execution framework that can handle hundreds of parallel customer deadlines, deployments, upgrades, and change requests.
You will work at the intersection of customers, product, and technical operations. Your job is to ensure that commitments are realistic, tracked, and delivered on time, while continuously improving the systems and processes used to manage delivery at scale.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing startup environment. You should be comfortable operating with urgency, taking ownership beyond your formal scope, and occasionally working outside standard office hours when critical deadlines or incidents require it.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple customer projects and releases
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies across hundreds of concurrent tasks
• Ensure on-time delivery of deployments, upgrades, and fixes
• Build and maintain a scalable project tracking system
• Create and manage structured backlogs, timelines, and delivery boards
• Standardise workflows for new sites, rollouts, and feature releases
• Develop clear prioritisation and escalation rules
• Coordinate closely with Product and Technical Operations
• Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans
• Break down large initiatives into concrete, trackable tasks
• Align engineering, ML, and DevOps teams on priorities and sequencing
• Customer-facing delivery management
• Establish strong working relationships with customer stakeholders
• Communicate timelines, progress, and risks proactively
• Manage change requests and negotiate realistic deadlines
• Risk and incident management
• Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans
• Coordinate cross-team response when deadlines or SLAs are at risk
• Continuous process improvement
• Identify bottlenecks in deployment and release processes
• Introduce automation, templates, and standard playbooks
• Define and track delivery KPIs and reporting dashboards

• Availability outside normal hours when urgent production or customer issues arise
• Focus on outcomes and delivery rather than strict 9–5 timekeeping
Required Skills
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects at scale
• Strong organisational and systems-thinking ability
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and discuss trade-offs with engineers
• Experience using project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Linear) to manage large backlogs
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using spreadsheets or SQL to track delivery metrics
Nice to Have
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or infrastructure/DevOps-heavy environments
• Familiarity with deployment pipelines, APIs, and cloud systems
• Experience building custom reporting or workflow automations
