Customer Onboarding & Support
Assist in onboarding new customers, including preparing documentation, training materials, and basic platform walkthroughs.
Support customers with account setup, dashboard usage, and first-time configuration.
Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding items.
Customer Success Operations
Monitor customer engagement metrics and usage of the Invigilo platform.
Help prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
Assist in capturing customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product team.
Issue Tracking & Coordination
Work with the Field Ops and Engineering team to follow up on customer issues (ticket creation, updates, and closure).
Support troubleshooting by gathering logs, screenshots, and basic diagnostic information.
Ensure timely communication with customers on issue status.
Project Support
Assist in preparing customer presentations, deployment documents, and operational SOPs.
Support the administration of internal trackers (e.g., deployment trackers, customer success dashboards, follow-up schedules).
Participate in customer meetings and prepare follow-up notes.
