Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Technical & Support Executive to provide technical and field support as a full-time executive or as an intern.

He/She will manage customer relationships from pre-sales to post-sales, working closely with the sales team and through the company network and associates.  

The ideal candidate will have IT related experience and is committed to excellence in technical and customer service.  We expect him/her to be a reliable professional who will balance between being customer orientated and results-focused.  

The goal is to turn each and every opportunity into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and deliver on the Pre-Sales such as demo and product presentation and Post-Sales such as loading of data and training support for each account.
  • Support each sales opportunity closely and turn it into long term partnership.
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints prompty and resolve issues arising to customer satisfaction and preserve the company’s reputation

Requirements:

  • Preferably with proven experience as a Technical Executive with good knowledge of technical and product support (for full-time position).
  • Knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook, Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of CRM software and php, .net and java would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skill and ability to build relationship. 
  • Project and time-management skills. 
  • Motivated, Enthusiastic and Passionate
  • Degree or Diploma or Certificate in IT or Engineering related field (for full-time position)
