Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Assist in preparing timely and accurate monthly financial and management report.
Administering all documentations in accordance to the invoicing and receipt of payment of debtors.
Ensure all supplier’s quotations and invoices had been verified and approved by requesting parties.
Verify, process and data entry of staff expense claims and reimbursement
Processing of refunds
Preparation of AR aging and reconciliation
Prepare and enter journal entries and scan documents when required
Assist with other ad-hoc finance-related projects
Chasing of A/R and security deposit to be returned back
Liaise with vendors operating expenses
Requirements
Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Able to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organisational skills and pay close attention to details
Able to meet dateline and work effectively under pressure
Able to commit weekends and/or OT
Minimum commitment of 3 months
