- Be involved in Invade’s continual journey to digitalize our business and various brands
- Invade's Digital products and tools include: CRM, space booking platform, eCommerce websites
- Tasks can vary and includes but not limited to planning product strategy, user research, tool set-up, maintenance, change management and metrics tracking
- Assist Manager in managing Invade.co, Invade’s retail-as-a-service platform, and other tech projects/products
- Be involved in planning, implementation and testing of new features or improvements for all tech projects
- Provide basic technical assistance to internal users and verify issues reported
