Interwaters Pte Ltd – B2B Leads Gen, Content, Digital Marketing Intern

The intern will primarily be involved in the B2B digital marketing space for the company - doing up the website (SEO and content), setting up and optimising the sales funnel on B2B platforms, optimising and setting up email marketing campaigns and deploying any other digital marketing strategies.

Generating good content and having good copyrighting skill is expected, as the intern will also be heavily involved in setting up new formats for our sales report, sales SOP and other form of documents that we deem is important. Content part is more for the website and other platforms.

The intern will help manage an outbound tele-sales team based overseas. He/She will be in charge of recruiting, training and managing the team to ensure that they hit their KPIs. Training sales manual and other necessary procedures are to be implemented as well.

Lastly, the intern is also expected to develop their sales skill set as the leads generated through marketing maybe processed by he/she first before passing on to our Sales Executive. Other administrative duties and ad-hoc projects maybe passed on to the intern if there is a need.
