This role will provide you with exposure to both frontend and backend development of different online platforms. This will include a lot of coding, as well as engaging with stakeholders on understanding user stories (requirements) and their priorities. You should be keen to build your passion in software development and its operations (DevOps), and have lots of practice with different coding languages (especially PHP, Node.JS) and DevOps frameworks (especially Git, Docker).
You should yearn to be an ‘all rounder coder’ with great knack for user experience and design, and seek to hone your ability to improve our product features, and build a strong sense of product excellence with our users. You should be able to work independently but also work well in a team, value relationships and be dependable and trustworthy. Ultimately, you should be committed to improving yourself to become the master of software development, and in the process also continuously improve the DevOps culture of the company.
As part of our development training plan, depending on your aptitude and capabilities you will also get to be trained on different career tracks beyond software engineering, including Product Development, Project Management or Architecture / DevOps Management.
