The International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT) is an International Organization focused on global thought leadership and innovation in global manufacturing transformation. We are building up a transactional platform INCIT, which will eventually develop into multiple sub-transactional platforms. (I) SIRI – SIRI Platform be managing the expansion of the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI), the world’s first quantitative framework to evaluate and benchmark manufacturing facilities as companies embark on their Industry 4.0 transformation journey. You will be among the pioneers hired to spearhead this new start-up, responsible for co-creating the future of productivity with different transactional platform segments worldwide.(II) ManuVate - A global innovation platform for manufacturers that focuses on solving technically challenging problems with innovative solutions.
General Responsibilities:
- Drive the daily operations of INCIT's platform.
- Support the creation of presentations, films, and playbooks, to demonstrate to Manuvate Solver and Seeker how the transactional platform can benefit them and meet their expectations
- Based on your personal motivation to a later stage conceptualize and implement ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex workflows on the transactional platform
Short-Term Milestones:
- Implement ManuVate Platform operations.
- Define, maintain, and enhance the ManuVate Platform processes to ensure that seeker and solver enjoy a consistent and intuitive user experience
- Streamline and continually improve the ManuVate process templates to standardize the transactional platform components
Long-Term Milestones:
- Based on the company’s success, design the team structure, capability profiles and processes to create the future functions and features of the transactional platform ManuVate.
Requirements:
- Have a solid design philosophy, deep understanding, and practical experience in user experience design
- Experience in improving processes based on customer feedback
You should be:
- An excellent process and transactional platform operator
- Able to build meaningful cross-functional relationships with the platform processes
- Passionate about transactional platform development and user experience
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- A creative problem solver
- Hands-on with passion and dedication to deliver
