  • Business Division Controlling
    • Assess customer payment history and recommendation of order release
    • Generating of Regional Monthly Prognosis Reports
  • Regional Office Departments
    • Cost Reports Generation and analysis, assist respective controllers in the monthly analysis and look out for special/extraordinary items, ensure expenditures are within deployed budget
    • Assist controllers for continuous report improvement
    • Reviewing the Debit Notes requests from HR Department
    • Assist HOD in cost recharging (if any)
  • Projects
    • Annual Business Plan:
      • To be involved with Business Planning Exercise, Generate Templates for RO Cost Allocation
      • Assist in Subsequent Planning
      • Assist in cost uploading to SAP System
      • Other Ad-Hoc improvement projects by FC

 

Qualifications

  • Able to commit to 6 months to 1 year (full time basis, start date: immediate)
  • Undergrad studies in Accounting, Finance and/or Related Courses
  • Able to work meticulously, independent with a keen eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work with team members across APAC region

 

  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
  • For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
