- Develop, support and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and positive reputation through content creation and message development.
- Develop key messages content and materials through various internal communication channels to strengthen employee engagement.
- Build online and offline content on marketing materials (eg. social media, company website, EDMs, company profile, company factsheet, below-the-line brochures) including data presentation in the form of infographics and propose design/layout structure.
- Regular website monitoring and maintain up to date content.
- Work closely with digital agencies for website and SEO campaigns.
- Provide support to events management, such as administrative tasks, operations and logistics planning and execution.
