Job Description

Sales Development Representative (Junior/Senior) 

  • Potential High Earnings (Basic SGD $2,200 - $3,100, + Commission) 
  • Conducive and Comfortable Working Environment

  • Contact businesses by telephone and email in order to promote and sell Intercorp Solutions' products, solutions and services, gather information, verify details or request for an appointment 
  • Place phone calls to potential clients 
  • Prepare and perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program 
  • Answer potential clients’ questions about company profile, credential and goals 
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times 
  • Generate between 10 to 30 sales leads per day 
  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on planned schedules 
  • Maintain database, call list and leads in CRM systems or MS Excel sheets 
  • Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to Sales Manager 
  • Report directly to Sales Manager 
  • Train other telemarketers when required 

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum GCE “O” level, Diploma 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred) 
  • Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience (business-to-business only) 
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies 
  • Excellent phone manner and articulation 
  • Proficiency in relevant computer application, such as Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook 
  • Results-driven and willing to work on commission and incentive basis 
  • Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Able to work independently and collectively as a team 
  • 5 working days per week, 9am – 6pm 
  • All races are welcome
