Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for data-mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities, recommending the right software to enterprises (customers) to achieve the sales objectives and revenue.
- Create and drive revenue within a list of named accounts, specified region and vertical market or industry - hunter role.
- Generate business opportunities through cold-calling and professional networking. Also responsible for identifying the customer challenges or pain points, budget, etc prior to implementing the right sales strategies.
- Work in conjunction with pre-sales, project teams and other departments
- Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within internal reporting system
- Negotiate the contract terms with customers and clients so as to be able to work in agreement with the company’s objectives and sales goals.
- Excellent relationship building skills, reflected in proven sales track record

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
- Minimum 2 years telemarketing experience (business-to-business only)
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Proficiency in relevant computer application, such Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook
- Results-driven and willing to work on commission and incentive basis
- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
- Equip with credible knowledge on networking, infrastructure, cloud and related software to engage in meaningful discussion with customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collective as a team
