At IHG, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the Global Early Careers Team as an Early Careers Intern, based at our Singapore office.

The Global Early Careers Team is responsible for attracting young talent to IHG, as well as creating and delivering early careers programmes, such as the IHG Future Leaders Programme.

Within this exciting role, you will be supporting the Early Careers Team with key projects that help to shape the future internship experience for IHG’s hotels, which is an opportunity to make valuable contributions. This will include helping to conduct research, designing new tools and materials for interns in hotels, as well as supporting project-work.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Activities)

  • Conducting Internal and external research for key projects.
  • Designing new collateral for internal and external audiences e.g. creating an intern workbook; building intern learning curriculum.
  • Support Project Administrator on certain duties e.g. responding to stakeholder enquiries.
  • Reporting and data analysis.
  • Assisting with presentation slides creation.
  • Supporting website design and creation.
  • Testing and auditing new websites and platforms.
  • Supporting document translation process and collating project feedback.
  • Administrative and coordination support.
  • Any additional activities and projects which may emerge due to business needs.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Undergraduate / Graduate in Human Resources or Hospitality

Technical Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Strong eye for detail
  • Visually/ design inclined
  • Passion for driving results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Comprehensive understanding of using Excel and analysing data
  • Adaptable working style
