InterContinental Hotel Group IHG – Intern, Analyst – Salesforce Implementation

JOB OVERVIEW

To support Salesforce implementation in the Growth function by working closely with the divisional and regional offices to support process improvements that allow teams to move with pace.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team to identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce technologies for process improvement across the growth function
• Assist developing process flowcharts and Swim lanes to facilitate creation of salesforce data and process architecture
• Documentation of processes and user access levels as required
• Responsible for creating training material and content to train users – bite size training videos, data entry standards for open fields etc.
• Support the data cleansing and preparation process for quick data upload to salesforce.
• Develop Standard Reports and dashboards

Education:

•  Undergraduate in Business Management or Hospitality, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies

Experience:

•  Prior internship experience within another Hotel Management Company, Consulting and/or Real Estate advisory firms

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Interest in the hospitality industry
•  Conscientious with an eye for details
• Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency
• Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications
• Understanding of cloud based database system
