We're looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team.

In this role, we'd like to bring on an individual who is creative, eager to learn. Prior experience with business and legal operations is a plus.

This role will involve working cross functionally to support multiple key projects with function leads within the company. You'll be exposed to and able to learn best practices, get hands-on startup experience and be able to initiate and implement projects on your own. You will work directly in touch with our founders and closely with the sales team, who are seasoned experts in the startup space, and be able to lead mini projects on your own.

You will learn frameworks and processes that enable a startup to grow. We're also a people-first company, which means we care as much as you do about what you get out of your internship with us.

What You’ll Do

• Assisting the Sales team in business operations

• Expanding and building processes on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Hubspot

• Assist in adapting current operations systems to optimise efficiency

• Working with multiple function leads to draft and review legal documents and business contracts

• Navigate tools/ systems/ databases/ spreadsheets for data entry and maintenance

• Experience with legal work is a plus

• Prior experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) is a plus
