Job Description
  • Monthly sales reconciliation & bookkeeping of accounts.
  • Managing of all Accounts payable & receivables.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual accounts closing and management reporting.
  • Maintaining of company books & accounts software.
  • Work closely with Sales & Operations with regards to sales payments/ refunds.
  • Manage and monitor cash flow or credit limits to improve revenue and support business planning definition and implementation.
  • Assist in internal and external annual audit in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with external parties i.e. insurers, auditors, vendor, corporate secretary as required
  • Support in any other ad-hoc finance projects & analysis
  • Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope.

Skills Required 

  • Good Command in English Language
  • Meticulous and detail oriented with a passion to use technology to speed up your work process.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to multi task & prioritize work in a fast paced & collaborative start up environment
  • Able to handle personal & confidential information with discretion
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite
  • Knowledge in general & motor insurance will be added advantage
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
