Job Description

As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will work closely with our HR team and business leaders to support various HR initiatives and projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help gather feedback to improve workplace culture.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects, including training and development programs.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and business partnership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
