Job Description

Description: Management Associate

InstaReM is recruiting a full-time management associate to join the Sales/Marketing team to support project development, treasury, corporate sales partnerships and contribute to B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.

The team is looking for a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, has strong communication and presentation skills, independent and has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Accounting/finance background is not required. Knowledge of the Fin-tech space would be beneficial (not mandatory), and ability to curve up on the subject matter will be essential.

Responsibilities:

Assist to establish new accounts and strategic partnerships in Singapore;

Support sales and product development projects with the Country Manager:

Develop and maintain business relationships and network with potential partners and clients;

Managing documentation for offshore licenses/setting up of new entities;

Maintains a keen awareness of competitors, industry trends, and emerging players;

Plan and execute marketing campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager;

Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop exhibitions and campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and sales;

Use social/professional networks in addition to other communication/database platforms for prospecting of potential business partnerships

Assist Management in performing day-to-day administrative duties

Assist treasury-related activities

Qualifications and Skills:

Ability to create presentations;

Possess strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to research relevant news and information on customers and market;

Possess good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply resolutions;

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps;

Able to multitask and take initiative;

Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently on multiple projects within project schedules and deadlines;

Professionalism, candor, grace and a sense of humor under pressure;

High energy level and out-going personality;

Familiarity and comfort with start-up work environment;

A minimum period of 3 months;

Candidate should be eligible to work and currently live in Singapore.

Compensation:

This is a temporary full-time position, between 3 – 6 months. Remuneration is S$800 -1000 with office working hours from Monday to Friday. There will be the possibility of working on certain weekends due to roadshows/events
