Instamedia Labs – Media Assistant (Intern)

Instamedia Labs is the media brainchild of Blak Labs, born from a vision to deliver integrated, omnichannel solutions where art meets science. As part of Blak Labs’ creative ecosystem, Instamedia Labs brings together strategic media planning, data-driven performance, and creative storytelling—bridging the gap between insight and impact. 

We are looking for a savvy Media Intern who is passionate about media (not just social media)! The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of how each media and also social media channels works and how to optimise for each if possible. You should be enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation and implementation of media (including social media) strategies and campaigns
• Brainstorm for engaging content for social media platforms, including text, posts, videos and images
• Engage with online community and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Tracking performance of media campaigns (including social media) and provide reports in a timely manner
• Conduct market research, audience analysis and monitoring media trends to identify opportunities for engagement
• Participate in pre-pitch work and work on ideas both from media and creative standpoint
• Able to grasp media concepts quickly and apply to daily work
• Learn to develop media plans for integrated media i.e. ATL, digital and social
• Collaborate with other teams, such as creative and vendors/media owners, and potentially even clients to align on media strategies and campaigns
• Ensuring compliance with company’s media policies, social media policies and brand guidelines where relevant
• Strong eagerness to learn digital, ATL, social media, programmatic, search engine marketing etc.
