Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Student Services Support Administrator Intern to provide frontline support to students, ensuring a positive and enriching learning experience. This role will involve assisting students with administrative matters, supporting academic staff, and coordinating student activities and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a primary point of contact for student enquiries and support services
2. Assist students with enrolment, course registration, and administrative processes
3. Guide student policies, procedures, and school services
4. Maintain accurate student records and documentation
5. Support the organisation of student events, workshops, and orientation activities
6. Collaborate with academic staff to address student needs and concerns
7. Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Education, Business, or related field
2. Prior experience in student services, education administration, or customer service preferred
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a student-first mindset
4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
5. Proficiency in MS Office and student management systems is an advantage
6. Organised, empathetic, and solution-oriented
7. Adaptable to shift hours
