inPact is a pre-seed startup backed by Entrepreneur First. We develop state of the art natural language processing models that convert legal contracts into structured data to unlock key business intelligence insights for large enterprises. We are looking to develop a dashboard web application around our core technology, and for that we are looking for motivated interns that have experience with frontend development. The interns would receive full support and supervision from the co-founders, which could be a great learning opportunity, and a great chance to convert it into a full-time position at an early stage of a promising startup venture.

As a frontend developer intern, you will be part of an effort to design and deploy a SaaS product that brings the core AI technology to life. You will focus on translating UI/UX wireframe designs and interactions into code.
Responsibilities:
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into frontend code
- Develop responsive web applications
- Write clean, reliable, well-organized and reusable code
- Practice good software engineering principles (e.g. version control, unit-testing, documentation, etc)
Requirements:
- Primary: Proficient with a modern frontend framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS, etc or tools such as Webflow
- Secondary: Familiar with a modern backend technology such as NodejS, Flask/Django, PHP, etc
- Secondary: Familiar with a popular database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc
- Good understanding of OOP design principles
Don't worry if you are not fully confident with some of the secondary requirements, there will be plenty of chances to learn and pick up these valuable skills.
