Intern - Growth and Operations
About the Role
This is a high visibility role where you will work directly with the Co-Founders to execute projects that are important to the growth of the company. As the Growth and Operations intern, you will get to learn about the business end-to-end and play a key role in developing and executing the company’s operational processes. If you are someone who is excited by entrepreneurship, you will enjoy this role by getting a chance to sit in and contribute to strategic discussions and then roll up your sleeves to execute at a fast pace
Key Responsibilities
As a Growth and Ops intern, you will be involved in executing the strategic priorities of the company. Some of the key areas of responsibility will include:
Business Development
Identify and build a list of potential B2B clients in Singapore and India
Learn and implement the Miller Hiemann Strategic Selling framework to identify the different personas and decision-makers in target accounts
Own and build the sales pipeline by leveraging different digital channels for outreach: social, email, trade fairs, events, etc
Prospect potential clients. Learn and conduct kickass discovery calls with senior industry leaders to understand client needs
Participate in and lead client pitches. Work with the Co-Founders to close deals
Social Media
Define B2C customer personas and identify the relevant channels to target them
Work with the Co-Founder to build and grow Innade’s social presence
Lead and execute Innade’s content marketing plan across channels, formats and themes
Generate B2C leads through active social engagement
Learn and implement drip marketing campaigns and marketing automation
Close deals with B2C customers
Operations
Own and execute Lead follow-up and closure for both B2B and B2C leads
Lead and execute “User Matching” and “Scheduling” operations to ensure smooth delivery of service
Develop payment processes and automate workflows to generate payments links and collect timely payments from customers

The Co-Founders have 13+ years of experience each in the field of Business, Product, UI/UX Design and Marketing. They come from leading business schools like the Indian School of Business (ISB) and have worked with companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, Colgate Palmolive and been part of startup leadership teams at companies like Fropcorn and Convosight
