Working hours: 9am – 6pm  

Working days:  Monday – Friday  

Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT

Allowance: $900 - $1200

• Key in data to accounting software 
• To handle phones calls and enquiries  
• Manage external vendors and office supplies  
• Handle administrative work 
• Manage Account Receivables, Account Payable, sales & receipts and reconcile bank statements with the guidance of Accountant 
• In-charge of petty cash 
• Generate payment vouchers and issue cheques 
• Perform other responsibilities and task as assigned 

Requirements:

• Business Studies in Accounting, ACCI etc.  
• Knowledge of accounting 
• PC literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Good data entry 
• Meticulous, detailed and accuracy 
• Able to commit for 4 months at least
