Job Title: Public Relation Intern
Job Level: Internship

Location: Orchard Central, Singapore
Allowance: $1,000/month
Working days: 5-6 days a week
Overall Job Objectives: This role supports the Public Relations team in enhancing and maintaining a positive brand image. The intern will focus on key PR activities, including media relations, content creation, and overall communication initiatives.
The position offers direct exposure to brand storytelling, PR strategies, campaigns, and real-world stakeholder engagement, through activities such as media engagement, influencer coordination, and creative content support.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting brand stories, media pitches, and captions
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination
- Monitor brand mentions and social engagement
- Assist in event launches, tastings, workshops, or openings
- Conduct trend and competitor research in the lifestyle space
- Lead a group of interns to engage KOLs for marketing purposes;
- Build relationships with KOLs and media;
- Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve the company’s public image;
- Monitor KOL and media coverage on events and media releases that were issued;
- Updating media lists;
- Support the PR and marketing team in daily administrative tasks;
- Provide general administrative support to the company;
- Any other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Role Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Public Relations, Marketing Management, Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing, or any other relevant qualifications;
- Background in PR, Communications, Marketing, or Creative Media
- Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram;
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with customers;
- Committed and meticulous with a good eye for details;
- Strong interest in lifestyle, F&B, fashion, or creative brands
- Social media savvy with good visual awareness
- Energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Korean will be an advantage;
- 6 months commitment, able to work on weekends.
Key Deliverables:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Assist in planning posts across various platforms and contribute to boosting audience engagement by producing trending or interactive content.
- Support in daily operational and administrative tasks of the Marketing Team.
