Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support in the evaluation of Tender specification and preparation of Solution proposal for the RFQ including concept drawing & control philosophy of the Compressed air system for the Sales Team.
- Reply Technical Query from the Client and clarify matters pertaining to the Tender Offer.
- Review Contract and Scope of Work, upon receiving the Purchase Order (PO).
- Prepare the construction schedule to meet the contract deadline.
- Support in the development and preparation of Request for Quote (RFQ) to Procurement team and assist to evaluate the technical competency of the contractor to fulfil the technical aspect of the supply.
- Support in the design and submission of construction documents and drawings for approval.
- Monitor the performance of the site team to ensure all critical milestone are met.
- Ensure all staff comply with the safety regulations.
- Attend all site progress meeting to report progress and coordinate with other services to minimize rework due to service collision.
- Support in the handover of the system to the end-user and ensure traceability of documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
