Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the evaluation of Tender Drawing such as Architectural & structural drawing, System P&ID, Single Line Drawing. 
  • Support in preparation of tender proposal including concept drawing, simple control philosophy and General Layout of the system for the Sales. 
  • Reply Technical Query from the Client and clarify matters pertaining to the Tender Offer. 
  • Review Contract, Technical Specification and Drawing upon receiving the Purchase Order (PO). 
  • Prepare the construction schedule to meet the contract deadline. 
  • Support in the development and preparation of Request for Quote (RFQ) to Procurement team and assist to evaluate the technical competency of the contractor to fulfil the technical aspect of the supply. 
  • Support in the design and submission of construction documents and drawings for approval. 
  • Monitor the performance of the site team to ensure all critical milestone are met. 
  • Ensure all staff comply with the safety regulations. 
  • Attend all site progress meeting to report progress and coordinate with other services to minimize rework due to service collision. 
  • Support in the handover of the system to the end-user and ensure traceability of documents. 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
