Managers will up be updated with live push notification of staff lateness, absent & Leave.

Software Support Specialist (Intern / Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Support user enquiries on our in-house HR Software via phone / email / remote assistance
• Provide on-site and off-site technical assistance
• Conduct product training to end user
• Involve in ad-hoc projects
• Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support
• Diploma or Bachelor degree in business or IT. Candidates with diploma will also be considered.
• Strong IT and troubleshooting skills
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, and good team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers. 
• Prefer applicants who can start work immediately or within short notice.
• Basic salary will depend on whether it is an Intern or Full-Time position.

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
• Every first month of Saturday, 9am - 1pm.
