Infar International Pte Ltd – Logistic Assistant Manager

Basic Function

Assist Logistic Manager in all Phases. Coordinate and supervise all Logistic activities relating to sales and purchases by company.

Principle Duties and Authority

1. Coordinate, supervise and evaluate all Logistic activities

2. Coordinate and supervise all logistic activities in safe, smooth and efficient procedures such as system / procedure, PR, material issue slip etc. and should be executed in safe and efficient procedures.

3. Coordinate all Logistic activities with other relevant Departments and persons, as necessary in achieving company objectivity.

4. Participate and control company activities such as Logistic budgets, maximise work efficiency

5. Daily reports on current and pending import/export status

6. Co-ordinate with 3rd party – forwarders, carrier on negotiation for freight rates and service

7. Report directly to Directors

8. Any other task as assigned by Manager & Directors.

Competency Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 year relevant experience
• Good organizer and the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good command in written English
• Good Communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Confident, mature and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Meticulous and able to work in fast pace environment
• Good team player and proactive
• Able to start work immediately
