Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Growth, Marketing and Content Intern to help us experiment, learn, and figure out what truly resonates with small online sellers.
Indexync is an early-stage SaaS startup, which means we are still testing, refining, and shaping how we grow. There is no fixed playbook here. You will be encouraged to try things, move quickly, learn from real feedback, and iterate.
This is not a “schedule posts and follow instructions” role. You will be part of the thinking process: helping us test ideas, talk to users, and shape both our messaging and growth strategy.

What you will be doing

  • Create short-form content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram to explore seller pain points and workflows

  • Experiment with different hooks, messages, and formats to see what resonates

  • Participate in discussions around marketing strategy and growth plans

  • Share ideas on campaigns, positioning, and how we can better communicate our value

  • Engage with sellers who comment or message us, and support onboarding into pilot testing

  • Collect feedback, questions, and objections from sellers and turn them into insights

Your work will directly influence how we talk about Indexync, how we acquire users, and how the product evolves.

What we are looking for

We care more about curiosity, initiative, and ownership than formal experience.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Enjoy creating or experimenting with social media content

  • Are comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions

  • Like autonomy and taking ownership of your work

  • Are curious about startups, products, and how small businesses operate

  • Have sold online before or are familiar with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop

You do not need to be a marketing expert or have perfectly polished videos. We value willingness to try, learn, and improve.
