Indexync is an early-stage B2B e-commerce SaaS startup built to help small online sellers manage multi-channel selling without the manual chaos. We provide the capabilities for small sellers to sync their products, inventory and orders across platforms so they can focus on growing their business instead of being overwhelmed by daily operations.

About the role:
We are looking for a Growth and Content Intern to help us experiment, learn, and find what truly resonates with small online sellers.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in testing content ideas, talking to real sellers, and helping us understand what works and what does not. There is no fixed playbook here. You will be encouraged to try things, learn quickly, and iterate based on feedback.
What you will be doing:
Create short, simple content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram to explore seller pain points and workflows
Experiment with different hooks, messages, and formats to see what resonates with small sellers
Engage with sellers who comment or message us, and help onboard them into pilot testing
Sit in or observe onboarding sessions and see how sellers interact with the product
Collect feedback, questions, and objections from sellers and share insights with the team
Work closely with the founder to refine messaging, content ideas, and user experience
Your work will directly influence both how we talk about Indexync and how the product evolves.

Have sold online before or are familiar with platforms like Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop
Enjoy creating or experimenting with social media content
Are comfortable figuring things out without step by step instructions

You do not need to be a marketing expert or have perfect videos. We value willingness to try, learn, and improve.
