Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front-of-House member to join our team at IncuBaker cafe & co-working kitchen studio. As a Front-of-House member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all of our guests and users of the co-shared kitchen space. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers as they enter the cafe and assist with menu selection 

  • Take orders and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff 

  • Prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner 

  • Handle cash and card payments and provide accurate change 

  • Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including clearing tables and cleaning dishes 

  • Ensure that all food and drinks are presented to guests in a professional and appealing manner 

  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed 

  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner 

  • Facilitate co-working kitchen enquiries and viewings promptly

  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure excellent service and a positive customer experience

Qualifications: 

  • Level 1 Food Hygiene Certification 

  • Minimum of GCE N levels or equivalent (e.g. ITE certification)

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment will be advantageous

  • Excellent communication (English and mother tongue) and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 

  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays is a plus (working hours will mainly be from 0900-1800hrs, 5 days a week)

  • Must have legal permission to work in Singapore
