A recognized and innovative start-up, in the field of financial services specialized in Factoring and Invoice Financing, is hiring a Legal Executive for our Singapore Office.
We are looking for a Legal Executive to take care of all the legal aspect of the company working closely with our Legal Manager.
You need to have a good knowledge of Trading, Finance Regulation, having a good understanding of Sales Force in a plus.
Legal Assistant - Singaporean or PR Only
Requirements:
1. KYC & Other onboarding related legal aspects such the relevance of the various documents to collect.
2. Follow-up and updates of contracts.
3. Negotiation of contractual aspects with major customers when needed.
4. Recovery follow-up with regards to legal aspects and credit insurance aspects.
5. Legal matrix follow-up and update.
6. Legal risks with regards to suppliers and buyers on the platform and before onboarding.
7. Legal strategy for future Incomlend expansion.
8. Credit Insurance Policy follow up.
9. Set up of a legal team when needed.
Skills:
1. Highly organized and able to prioritise workloads.
2. 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
3. Trade Finance and / or finance/securities brokerage industries or related.
4. Commonwealth law, English fluent.
5. Master's degree, internationally mobile.
6. Knowledge in shipping and logistics operation is an advantage.
7. Comfortable with trading related documentation, procedures, incoterms.
8. Good people skills to interact internally with the team.
