Join our team as – Remote Call Centre Agent (Viet)

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls / emails / messages and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services
• Handle outbound calls if required
• Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Available immediately or on short notice
• Entry level candidates with no working experience are welcomed!
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese as this position needs to liaise with Vietnamese speaking customers
• Working hours: 5 days from 9.00am to 6.00pm
• Remote work (Work from home)
